YOUTH STORY CORPS

When the SDCLT got started, we knew we wanted to work with Broome County's young people as we spread awareness about how CLTs can advance housing justice.

In the summer of 2020, we partnered with VINES Gardens, to work with youth on housing justice advocacy through media. This group hit it out of the park! They took everything that they learned, and taught each other (and us), and produced two spectacular documentary in the summer of 2020 and 2021. Film titles are: Housing is a Human Right. and Housing in the Time of COVID. Both films can be be viewed on youtube.

We are humbled and proud to have worked with them.
